Kundalini Yoga Retreats at Real Happiness School is a program to touch the intelligence of Divine Energy Kundalini and the Energy Points Chakras. In this retreat, you will be able to understand the ancient knowledge of Kundalini and Chakras by understanding the Philosophy and techniques of Meditation, Yoga and Pranayama.
The training also includes accommodation in a clean and comfy room where student can also Meditate or practice Yoga Postures in free time. The special diet plan for Kundalini makes "ice on the cake" in this training focusing the vegetarian, yogic and Sattvic style of meal. In the morning, we will have 3 segments of Detoxification, Pranayama and Yoga Asana. Yoga Posture will be according to the Kundalini Energy that can help to awaken the Kundalini.

The syllabus of the Kundalini Retreat is a process of understanding your energy first and then slowly-slowly work on Kundalini Divine energy under the guidance of an expert master. The syllabus will go slowly from beginner to advance level. Those who are taking 3 days will be a beginner syllabus, for 7 days an intermediate level and 14 days and 21 days will be advanced covering almost everything.
If you are a beginner-level student in the field of Kundalini, you are able to start your journey, or even if you want to give it just a try, this retreat is best for you.
